Metabolism Modelling Workshops

After the Bordeaux event in 2021, the French scientific community working on metabolic modelling will meet again in Toulouse, on the INRAE Auzeville campus, to share developments and questions.
The following themes will be addressed :
- metabolic reconstruction
- models of increasing complexity (ecosystems, differentiated multicellular organisms, dynamics, spatiality, etc.),
- new simulation tools,
- integration of experimental data,
- applications of metabolic modelling for biology.

Anyone who models metabolism or is interested in using this approach to answer biological questions is invited to attend.
Registration is free but required (for organisational reasons, the number of places will be limited).
